Refund & Returns Policy

Every Quartzia order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your crystal singing bowl arrives faulty or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you — no complicated hoops.

How it works

Email contact@thecrystalsingingbowl.com within 30 days of delivery.
Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
We arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

If a crystal singing bowl is defective on arrival, you don't need to ship it back for a refund in most cases — we resolve it directly.

Refund timing

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method and typically appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 6-10 business days. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Who pays for return shipping

Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. We recommend a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us it stays your responsibility, and a tracking number is what lets us refund you the moment it lands.

One exception, and it is on us: if an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return in full.
